THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE LANDSCAPE
Here at Reyes Landscape Construction, we have the manpower to build what we have designed. We also have the capability to build what other Architects and Engineers have produced.
If you have plans by a Licensed Architect, Landscape Architect or an Engineer, only then will we consider reviewing them for a proposal.
HOWEVER, the drawings must be 100% completed by an Architect or an Engineer ONLY. We will not review sketches by “designers” or “gardeners”. This comes down to Liability and expertise.
For simple projects, such as replacing a driveway with pavers or installing a retaining wall (typically project cost under $20,000), we may not need a design at all. Just give us a call to discuss the details.

After step 2, you may decide to proceed with our Archtiectural services so that you can completely understand the budget aspect, cost savings tips, material limits, property limits, codes and other technical details. The design is not only a visual aspect but a complete understanding of the building process. We will guild you step by step, day by day and finally through the construction process as your advocate or Project Manager.

Once we have wrapped up the construction documents or the “design” and permits have been issued. We build!
This is the exciting and fascinating part of the process.
